All information on your leased vehicle is now accessible at any time.
The LeasePlan app helps you to take care of your vehicle. Once connected, you enter a world that is specially dedicated to you and your leased car and that enables you to use your car with peace of mind.
Secure access to the app provides you with:
The LeasePlan app is available from the App store (iPad/iPhone) and from Google Play (Android). All that remains is for you to download the app.
If fuel is included in your agreement, you will have received a fuel card with instructions on how it should be used. Whenever you refuel, you need to enter the vehicle’s current mileage after your PIN code. This is important as it improves the accuracy of the lease reports that LeasePlan sends to your employer.
If you were unable to use your card, complete the reimbursement form and LeasePlan will refund the costs you incurred.
If you lose your card or it is stolen, of if you forget your fuel code, contact FIRST or use the relevant form for your fuel card.
If you have any questions, the easiest thing to do is call FIRST on +352 40 44 11 11. But there are some administrative procedures that you can complete online. You can request copies of any documents that have been lost or stolen, a no claims certificate, a parking permit or even a duplicate tax disc.
Call our FIRST team at 40 44 11 11, which will indicate you to the most suitable service provider for all repairs and maintenance. Most of them offer a free pick-up service.
You can also book a free pick-up from most of our preferred dealers. But note that free pick-ups are not available for technical inspections, replacement of consumables, fluid level checks and vehicle inspections (in these circumstances, you will be charged for the pick-up service).
As a “good family man”, use your vehicle for the purpose for which it was designed and bear in mind the use and maintenance instructions. Keep an eye on the water and oil levels and watch out for the warning lights on the dashboard. Engine failure caused by a lack of oil or the wrong type of oil is not covered under the leasing agreement.
You should also check your tyre pressure on a regular basis. That will ensure your safety on the road and will lead to fuel savings. Your tyres will also have a longer life.
Finally, take a look at our “Driver’s guide”, a useful leaflet that contains key information that will make driving your vehicle worry-free.
If you are entitled to a resident’s parking permit, you will need us to provide you with a certificate. Contact FIRST or apply for the certificate using this form.
Fines and reminders issued by the police (in Luxembourg or other countries) are automatically sent on to you (or your fleet manager) by email. If you do not pay the fine, we receive the reminders and send the customer’s details directly to the authorities. Dealing with these documents incurs costs and that it why we recommend that you comply with the highway code and that you pay your fines.
