Following a highly successful second half of the year at LeasePlan with many new projects, we can now inform you of some new features of our digital face. We have given a new drive to our website and mobile app, and we would like to tell you all about it below.

Following a highly successful second half of the year at LeasePlan with many new projects, we can now inform you of some new features of our digital face. We have given a new drive to our website and mobile app, and we would like to tell you all about it below. 

Here are the seven hot new features.



1. A dynamic new design
Our new website has a more dynamic design and more modern, interactive approach. Briefly:
  • Suitable for all devices
  • Less clicks, more scrolling
  • More computer graphics, pictures, videos and content





2. Video customer testimonials
See customers’ video testimonials of their experience with LeasePlan. LeasePlan also reveals and presents our business world in our corporate video.
Lastly, we use computer graphics to show why you were right to choose LeasePlan, with our custom support, responsible management and innovative solutions, as well as many other benefits.

3. Login to LeasePlan Online

Discover our online tools in a brief video. Note: the process for logging in to our online tools has changed! You can now login via the “Online Tools” menu. You can also login by scrolling downwards in the home page or via the news in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

4. New mobile app version

The new version offers drivers greater interactivity and helps them to take care of their vehicle. They can now check the length and mileage of their agreement, control their fuel consumption, make a claim, contact the FIRST Service, make administrative requests, etc.

We have therefore assembled all the essential information: things to keep in mind, our online booking tool, key information for smooth vehicle returns and advice on choosing a new car, as well as many other recommendations.

LeasePlan summarises operational leasing: how it works, the services included and its benefits; you can even compare operational leasing with a purchase. And — there is no such thing as a silly question! An FAQ section lists the most frequently asked questions received by the FIRST Service.
