Finding your balance

The Fleet Balance methodology consists of three steps:

Step 1 – Define your ambition level

Using the Balance tool we determine your organisation’s ambition level taking into account the needs and preferences of various stakeholders.

Step 2 – Assess your current situation

Step 2 is focused on the operational aspects of the fleet. Supported by a fleet Assessment tool we determine where your fleet is today and what your current focus is (3P rule): people, planet or profit.

Step 3 - Find your balance

Using the outcome of step 1 and 2, we can now identify the strategy to find your preferred balance using the products and services that are most appropriate and meet your specific needs.
