Accident notification

In case of an accident, there are two types of situations:

A third party is involved in the accident

For accidents involving another vehicle, you have to fill in the European accident notification and inform our insurance department within 48 hours.

No third party is involved in the accident

For accidents that don’t imply (an) other vehicle(s) and for which the European accident notification is not required (i.e. : broken glass, damage without any identified third party, theft,vandalism...), please fill in the online form below and send it to us within 24 hours.

In all cases, even without damages, an accident must be notified to LeasePlan within 24 hours, also if the Police was on place.
