My vehicle has been stolen
If the vehicle is stolen or damaged as a result of attempted theft or break-in, an official complaint must also be submitted to the Federal Police and you should inform LeasePlan within 24 hours. In this case, please send us a detailed explanation of the facts with the identity, the report number, and the date of the complaint.
If the vehicle has been stolen abroad, when you return to Luxembourg, you must also have a report drawn up by the Federal Police from the country where the car has been stolen.
Call the Road Assistance Service (ACL) on +352 40.71.40 (if this service is included in the contract) in order to receive a replacement vehicle and follow their instructions
