I have to return my car
At the end of your leasing contract, please contact your fleet manager, he will give you instructions concerning vehicle return at LeasePlan premises. The return of the vehicle is always made in LeasePlan premises.
For the Return of the vehicle, we kindly ask you to:
- Arrange an appointment with LeasePlan
The return of the vehicle will involve the presence of the two contracting parties to check the vehicle, to evaluate the wear of the car and to complete the written return report signed by the driver and by LeasePlan.
Immediately upon the return of the vehicle, the independent organisation SGS, a neutral organisation, will inspect and evaluate the vehicle in accordance with the Fair Wear &Tear guide, in order to assure an objective and correct evaluation of damages.
- Return to LeasePlan all items and documents delivered with the vehicle :
- grey registration card
- conformity certificate
- road tax sticker
- green insurance card
- fuel card (eventually)
- all car keys
- maintenance and driver manuals
- radio codes
- navigation CD
- winter or summer tyres, including wheels and bolts, eventually in store at an authorized tyre service center. In that case, you will fill in a green voucher to recover them from the center.
Please pay attention that the vehicle rental will not terminate as long as the above documents have not been returned.
At the return of the vehicle, there are 2 situations:
- You will receive a new vehicle or you have to give back a lead-in car to LeasePlan
Please call LeasePlan orders and deliveries department.
- You don't have your company car renewal with LeasePlan

At the end of a contract, the vehicle integrates the stock of used cars for sale. For all inquiries on the purchasing of these used cars, please contact the Remarketing department.
