It is vitally important for the smooth running of your vehicle that you comply strictly with manufacturer's servicing instructions and check the oil and water level. This precautionary measure insures an optimal functioning of the engine during the period of leasing.

Make an appointment online
Make an appointment with one of our preferred suppliers with the "Preferred Dealer Contact" tool.
On the appointment day, please fill in the work to be carried out and your contact details on the LeasePlan order form (green form in your order set) and hand this form to the person who is to do the work - if servicing and tyres are included in your contract. The supplier must then obtain prior approval from LeasePlan. We'll check that your vehicle has been properly serviced and request your dealer to contact us with regard to any work that has to be done on the vehicle, so as to guarantee you the best value for money.
Our preferred suppliers have committed themselves to offer you the best quality service by signing detailed quality charter. Their quality of service answers our quality requirements!

Free services
To guarantee your mobility and insure you more flexibility, our preferred suppliers network is composed of garage owners affiliated to the manufacturer or independents. All propose you free additional services which LeasePlan negotiated for you: pick-up service, cleaning of the vehicle, replacement vehicle, priority appointments, etc.

Recommendations
In principle, it is best not to have servicing and repair work carried out abroad. This is why it is advisable to check your vehicle before leaving on a journey, in order to keep repairs and maintenance abroad to a minimum.
However, if this does prove necessary, you will have to pay the amount owed yourself in advance (blue expenses claim form in your driver set) and the amount will be transferred to you as soon as possible.
