My fuel card

If fuel is included in the contract, you will shortly be receiving a fuel card with a letter explaining how to use this.

At every fuel stop, do not forget to encode your mileage. This operation is important for the accuracy of the fleet reports that LeasePlan provides to your company. If you are not able to use the terminal of the gas station, you will have to pay yourself the fuel consumption. To be reimbursed, please fill in a blue expenses claim form  (available in your orange delivery kit) and send it back, duly completed and accompanied with the proof of payment to LeasePlan, to the attention of the department “Operations – Administration”. The amount will be transferred to you as soon as possible.

Various costs

LeasePlan takes care of settling all invoices relating to the servicing or repair of your vehicle. It may be that you have to pay costs in advance for certain reasons (for example if your fuel card is defective, or if you need to top up with oil between services, etc.). In this case, you will be refunded by means of a special refund form (blue slips in your delivery kit).

However, do not forget to add the necessary supporting documents and to give your account number.
