Different control panels
The “Fleet Lookup” table provides a comprehensive overview of the information available. In a few minutes you can access the most important reports in a simple, easy-to-read format : data on mileage variance, vehicles ordered or to be replaced, accidents, fuel intakes and, last not least, practical graphic sheets.
The “Vehicle Lookup” table allows you to review detailed data for each vehicle. You can sort the results by license plate number, driver’s name, or cost centre. You can obtain information on the contract, the options and equipment of the vehicle, the driver’s history...
Detailed analysis
You need more detailed information ? Whether financial reports, anomalities reports or other custom reports, go to the “Reports” section. These reports are available in Excel or PDF formats, or via Active X.
Proactive system
From the “Subscriptions” section in FleetReporting, you can subscribe to automatic reports created from other sections. You can choose the frequency, format and timing for each of the reports requested to be generated, so that you receive information only when you need it. “Subscriptions history” will allow you to compare previous reports to current reports. In this way you can determine whether your fleet’s performance has evoluted during a given period.
